Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or change your booking, email mirvanya@gmail.com immediately as well as sending a cancellation letter in writing to:-                  Paul Jenner, Berry Park, Welcombe, N. Devon, EX39 6HH

In the event that a cancellation is made,  a cancellation charge may be payable depending on the number of days before the Holiday start date that the Cancellation Notice is received (by email to mirvanya@gmail.com).

Number of days before Holiday start date that notification is received	Cancellation Charge (as a percentage of the rental cost of the Holiday):
0 – 13 days	100%
14 – 27 days	75%
28 – 55 days5	50%
56 days or more	Deposit

 

Cancellations made outside of any specified periods will be charged the deposit only.
